Is tracking information provided for shipped orders?
Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Please note that in some cases, our pharmacy partners may print shipping labels in advance. This means you might receive a tracking number but initially see no movement in the tracking status. There's no need to worry if this happens. It indicates that your medication is being prepared for shipment. As soon as our shipping partner picks up your medication, you will begin to see movement on the tracking system, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
